I'm not a consultant who's never run anything.

I've been a solopreneur my whole life. I've started businesses that failed and one that stuck, and the thing I got good at along the way was figuring out what was actually broken and fixing it myself.

That's the whole job here. I find the work quietly draining your business, and I use AI to take it off your plate. The industry sells software. Almost no one sells the judgment about where it should go. I'm a technician who's good at diagnosing, and now the tools can build the fix fast.
